Shipping Coverage

We ship across Pakistan. Bouquets are delivered only to Lahore and Islamabad.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • During promotions, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Lahore and Islamabad: typically 3–5 business days
  • Other areas: typically 5–7 business days

These are estimates; courier delays can occur.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional shipping offers (including free shipping) will be reflected at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders of Rs. 8,000 and above (as calculated and displayed at checkout).
If your order total falls below the threshold after discounts, standard shipping may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be completed at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. MINZAY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may require:

  • Address confirmation, and
  • Additional shipping charges (if applicable)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@minzay.pk
  • Share your order number and clear photos/video of the item(s) and packaging

We will review and assist as per our return/refund policy.
