What kind of wax do you use?

We use a natural bees-soy wax blend — a combination of beeswax and premium Soy Wax 464. This blend burns cleaner than paraffin, lasts longer, and carries scent beautifully.

Are your candles non-toxic?

Yes! Our candles contain no paraffin, phthalates, or synthetic additives. We use natural wax and premium fragrance oils blended with essential oils.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size:

• Small (4oz): ~25-30 hours
• Medium (8oz): ~45-50 hours
• Large (12oz): ~65-75 hours

What fragrances do you offer?

We offer a curated collection of scent profiles from warm amber and rose to fresh citrus and woody notes. Explore our full collection.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Is shipping free?

Orders over Rs.8,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping coming soon!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. See our full Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I get the best burn?

• First burn: Let the wax melt to the edges (2-3 hours)
• Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn
• Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts

Why is my candle tunneling?

This usually happens if the first burn wasn't long enough. Always let the wax pool reach the edges on the first burn.
