Candle Care Guide

The First Burn

The first burn is the most important. Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container (usually 2-3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.

Before Each Light

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6mm) before every burn. This:

• Prevents smoking and soot
• Creates a cleaner, more even flame
• Extends your candle's life

While Burning

• Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts, vents, and fans
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Place on a heat-resistant surface

When to Stop

Stop burning when 1/2 inch (12mm) of wax remains at the bottom. Burning beyond this point can cause the container to overheat.

Storage

Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance and prevent discoloration.
